NEW! Hands on use (via remote-access) Ubiquiti Radar software to perform guided data analytics to address NTF issues. In particular, we used real data (appropriately obfuscated) to identify system-level interactions, in contrast to component-level issues, as arise in several real-life case studies. The case studies are among those included in the upcoming revision of the AIAG-OESA CQI-14 document ("Automotive Warranty Management: A Guideline for Industry Best Practices").
Highlights:
- External speakers described & discussed issues that pertain to data-driven techniques for the automotive sector
- Team Ubiquiti presentations on data-driven software technologies for vehicle maintenance and repair services
- Hands on software tutorial to address real cases (in CQI-14) of No Trouble Found issues using data analytics
- Panel discussion, with OE and Supplier representation, on current issues in Warranty, Quality, Cost Recovery
