March 04, 2019 - Important Safety Datasets via Web Radar access:
Radar software customers will soon be able to access and analyze public safety datasets (such as from NHTSA, and select international repositories). These will be made available via a Web-based version of Radar. The datasets will be kept updated regularly to help facilitate checking current issues that arise.
February 19, 2019 - Training Webinar (Ann Arbor, Michigan):
Our training webinar covered use client and server synchronizations, information sharing within a peer group, use of pivot tables with RADAR software, and mining of data to address NTF issues. For the upcoming session, the training will be associated with our Info Exchange event set for late-March.
January 23, 2019 - Training Webinar (Ann Arbor, Michigan):
This training webinar covered use of alerts in RADAR, and more details on the forecasting features. We also mentioned our upcoming Ubiquiti Info Exchange sessions to be held in late-March 2019 (held in SE Michigan at no cost to our by-invitation-only attendees). Stay tuned for our next regular monthly training session to be scheduled soon in February.
December 13, 2018 - Training Webinar (Ann Arbor, Michigan):
This training webinar included a recap of our earlier session on basic features in RADAR. This was followed by discussions on more advanced features of RADAR including charting, dashboards, pivot tables and the data navigator. The highlight of the session was our presentation on new features, which included forecasting, web-based thin-client RADAR, and provision of safety datasets. Given the participants' significant interest in these items, we expect to run separate training sessions for them as well as other advanced features such as record editing. Stay tuned!
November 15, 2018 - Training Webinar (Ann Arbor, Michigan):

October 20, 2018 - ENG Warranty Conferences (Berlin, Germany and Dearborn, Michigan):
These venues brought together automotive OEs, Suppliers, and service providers. The main discussions were on imminent big changes wrought by new technologies of electrification, autonomous vehicles, and artificial intelligence. Besides legal and financial challenges that were addressed by other presenters, Ubiquiti presented on the potential useful applications of data-driven AI techniques, primarily for No Trouble Found issues.
September 20, 2018 - CLEPA (Frankfurt, Germany):
The CLEPA warranty conference, which mirrored meetings in the US held by OESA, was a discussion forum for European automotive suppliers and service providers. The major items considered related to the voluminous new data arising from onboard sensors and autonomous connected vehicles. Discussions also addressed the means by which such data may be shared, and the challenges and opportunities created by the data. For its part, Ubiquiti presented on technologies that provide valuable insights from these new data sources.
